Please read the guidelines before signing up. If you sign up, you are not required to attend but please let us know if you need to cancel so we can keep an accurate count of participants and plan for parking.

Event Guidelines:
1) Drivers are encouraged to wear their driving suits so that spectators (especially children) can distinguish them from the rest of the crowd for obtaining autographs and photos. Pit crews are also welcome to wear uniforms if available.
2) Do not bring any alcoholic beverages.
3) Drivers are responsible for the conduct of their crews and families. Let's all work together to make this event a fun and safe one!
4) Remember to bring Sharpies to sign autographs! Feel free to bring your own autograph cards, tshirts, etc. Only promotional items normally sold out of your trailer can be sold at your display. You are also welcome to hand out flyers, coupons, etc. from your sponsors at your display.
5) No starting vehicles.
6) Event staff will be on hand with push vehicles to help get your cars in place, or you are welcome to use your own 4-wheeler. If you use your own, the 4-wheeler must be stored in hauler from 11am to 3pm.
7) All cars must be in place by 11am. We will start setting up at 8am. Please arrive as soon as possible.
8) For safety reasons, no vehicles will be allowed to leave until the show is over at 3pm.
